Premier 3.0 offers various benefits through partners with whom HSBC is associated with.
These are offers provided by third parties and not by HSBC India. Prior to availing the service you should read, understand and accept the terms and conditions of the said services by the respective service provider and proceed only if you agree to abide by the same. HSBC India only facilitates and directs you to the respective service provider for fulfilment of your requirements. You may be required to share your personal details and any such disclosure made by you with the respective service provider is at your sole discretion and HSBC India will not be responsible for the same nor the usage thereto by the respective service provider. All disputes with regard to the services availed under the offer should be directed by you to the respective service provider.
Benefits are unlocked based on true Premier qualification and eligibility is defined as under.
Each partner benefit criteria though based on eligibility may be unique and is detailed on every partner page. These can be viewed while availing the benefits.
HSBC Premier Eligibility:

a. HSBC India has merely curated and provides access to benefits, offers and services to its customer who are interested. The benefits, offers and services are provided by the respective brands.
b. HSBC is not a supplier of the products and services provided in relation to the Offer.
c. Acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for participation. Such participation is voluntary and by participating in the offer it is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein by the customer.
d. As part of or as prerequisite for availing these services, you may be required to share your personal details and other details with the service providers. Any disclosure of information made by you towards availing of these services is at your sole discretion and HSBC India shall not be responsible for the same. The service providers may use the personal information shared by you for any other purpose (including marketing) and HSBC India shall not be held liable for such usage.
e. Offers for all New to Bank HSBC Premier customers (unique access code) will be activated after 45 days of being onboarded
f. For New to Bank HSBC Premier customers qualified based on the Salary criteria, Offers will be activated after first 3 weeks of the subsequent month of salary credit in the account.
g. Benefits offered by third-party partners like DocOnline, EazyDiner, Adani One, AVIS NOD are available for qualified Premier customers only.
h. Offers by some other third-party partners like DreamFolks, Furtados, Travel with Points, Tata Cliq can be availed using the HSBC Premier Credit/Debit card.
i. All offers are valid for each calendar year and subject to change at the discretion of the Bank.
j. The list of partners and qualification criteria can be changed at the discretion of the Bank and detailed Terms and Conditions for every offer/third-party is available on the respective partner pages where the benefits/offers can be availed
k. Any defects, deficiency, claims, issues, damages, or losses arising with respect to the offer will be the sole responsibility and liability of the service provider and HSBC will not be responsible for the same.
l. HSBC does not endorse or make any warranties or representations as to the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of services availed by the customers. Any dispute regarding these must be addressed in writing, by the customer directly to the respective partners.
m. HSBC reserves the sole right to decide on whether a service rendered meets the required criteria as listed above. All decisions in respect to the offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
n. Other than the specific entitlements available to the customer under this offer any other claims against HSBC with regard to this offer are waived.
o. HSBC reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice to the customers.
p. HSBC customers are under no obligation to use any of the services or avail any of the offers provided by the partner
q. HSBC makes no recommendation and representation and gives no guarantee as to the quality of service offered by the partner and does not accept any responsibility for services provided by any of the partners. Any information, service and product from any of the partner is acted on by you will be at your own risk.
r. Any dispute concerning the quality of goods and services provided by the partner shall be settled directly between Customers and the partner.
s. The partner may require Customers to provide proof that they are eligible to use the promotion.
t. HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Offer.

v. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only. The existence of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC.
w. If the Offer and/or anything to be done by HSBC or any other entity in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of HSBC or any other entity, including but not limited to, tampering, unauthorised intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government, or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of HSBC or the merchant, then HSBC and/or the merchant shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of HSBC. The Offer is subject to force majeure events.
x. Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Customer.
y. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
z. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.
aa. The Offer shall be subject to all applicable central and/or state laws.
