As of now, the Meet & Greet service is available at 11 popular airports in India. You can avail the service at Ahmedabad Airport, Guwahati Airport, Jaipur Airport, Lucknow Airport, Mangaluru Airport, Mumbai Airport, Thiruvananthapuram Airport, Bengaluru Airport, Delhi Airport, Goa Airport, and Hyderabad Airport.

Complimentary bookings can be cancelled 72 hrs before service time.

No, cancelling your complimentary booking will not affect your free access. You can rebook any time before your benefits expire.

1. HSBC Premier Total Relationship Balance (TRB) criterion: Maintain a quarterly Total Relationship Balance (TRB) of INR 4,000,000 (Rupees forty lakh only).

2. HSBC Premier salary criterion: Maintain a salary account with a net monthly salary credit of INR 300,000 (Rupees three lakh only).

3. HSBC Premier mortgage criterion (effective 01 Oct 2024): Avail a mortgage relationship of INR 11,500,000 (Rupees one crore fifteen lakh only) and meet the Total Relationship Balance (TRB) criterion of INR 4,000,000 (Rupees forty lakh only) within 12 months from the date of first disbursement of the mortgage loan.

Note: All benefits mentioned above are valid for a single calendar year, i.e. 1st Jan – 31st Dec. Benefits will be refreshed every new year.

No. The Meet & Greet service does not fast-track any airport process at any point. All processes are to be completed as per the defined processes and applicable laws. 

When you book your Meet & Greet service for Bengaluru, it will show ‘Booking Initiated.’ It may take up to 8 hours to confirm your booking. Once your booking has been confirmed, you will get an email stating the same as well as your booking status will show ‘Booking Confirmed.’

If you have cancelled your Meet & Greet booking (Delhi, Hyderabad & Goa), then your booking status will show ‘Cancel Initiated.’ It may take up to 8 hours to confirm your cancellation. Once your cancellation has been confirmed, you will get an email stating the same. Do note that, it will take 7-10 days to complete your refund.
